What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails from external stakeholders regarding building energy and water reporting
- Ensure compliance with reporting deadlines and California Assembly Bill 802 (AB802) Regulations
- Assist in maintaining the Energy Commission's building and energy efficiency database by collecting and analyzing data
- Prepare concise replies to benchmarking-related inquiries in consultation with program and technical staff
- Conduct internet research and analyze various local, state, and federal regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a college student in good standing with a minimum GPA of 2.0
- Enrollment in at least six semester units or nine quarter units for undergraduate students; four semester units or six quarter units for graduate students
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships
