Administrative Support:
Assist with password resets and technical support for clients.
Manage and respond to client tickets in a timely manner to ensure streamlined communications.
Help prepare for compliance and program audits by organizing documentation and data.
Provide coverage for ticketing queues during out-of-office periods and holiday closures, ensuring timely responses and continuity of services.
Client Experience:
Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication and prompt responses to inquiries via our ticketing system.
Collaboration:
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance processes and client services.
Professional Development:
Engage in hands-on learning experiences to develop job readiness skills.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance personal and professional growth.
Ability to work remotely and navigate various technology platforms (Zoom, MS Office Suite-Teams, Outlook, Salesforce Lightning and other database programs, Google Suite, etc.) and the ability to quickly learn new systems for organization.
High attention to detail and a curiosity to learn internal processes.
Practices ownership, takes accountability, and has the ability to project manage, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality products on time with limited supervision.

We are seeking a Student Assistant, Career Catalyst to join FoundationCCC in its mission of benefitting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. Together, we are building stronger communities by getting students and colleges the resources they need to succeed and expanding pathways to economic and social mobility across California. What You’ll Do
This is a great opportunity to support our Employer-of-Record Program, Career Catalyst. “CarCat” helps organizations with hiring, onboarding, payroll, and more for paid work experiences. As a Student Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping communication smooth between different teams and helping to grow our partnerships.
In this role, you will work in a fully remote environment, managing your own daily priorities and tasks independently. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to self-manage, and the confidence to seek support when necessary. Get ready to balance independence with dynamic collaboration! You'll take charge of your tasks, completing them efficiently, while staying proactive and seeking support when needed to ensure outstanding results.

Budgeted Hourly Pay Range:
$15.60 - $18.00Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
