What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide courteous assistance via phone to students, parents, and financial aid administrators
- Ensure compliance with the Information Practices Act and Public Records Act when disclosing information
- Document customer interactions and maintain customer accounts accurately
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to WebGrants4Students and escalate complex problems as needed
- Process sensitive supplemental program forms and respond to written customer correspondence

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a college student enrolled in at least six-semester units or nine quarter units for undergraduate students
- Ability to work in a high-volume call center environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Capacity to demonstrate patience, tact, and good organizational skills
- Ability to learn operational knowledge of program applications and computer systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to speak and write in Spanish
- Experience as a dependent child in foster care, homeless youth, or formerly incarcerated youth is encouraged
