- Preparing data for salary budget planning, and other ad hoc surveys conducted by vendors
- Preparing global benefit overviews
- Preparing Excel tools for communicating reward and reward decisions on an individual level

Preparing and analysing data
In this role, you will be part of the Performance & Reward team and your responsibilities will be to support your colleagues in the creation of reward communication materials and presentations as well as in building tools – typically in Excel – to bring insight to our HR leaders. You will also be working with our People Technology team on Performance & Reward data.You will be assigned to your own smaller projects and it is expected that you will take responsibility for own tasks. Your tasks will vary but will typically be related to:

Additional information
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15-20 per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).In order to apply for this position, you need to currently be a student.
