      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current enrollment in classes as part of a degree program at the employer
      - Work-study eligibility as part of financial aid package
      - Interest in marketing communications, analysis, or business
      - Some experience with web applications and a technical aptitude
      - Excellent command of the English language and strong data analysis skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus
      - Previous experience with social media management or marketing strategies
