Within the Marketing Operations Function, you could be placed in one of the below supporting groups:

• Marketing Operations Support & Analytics

• Commercial Projects

Responsibilities

Marketing Operations Support and Analytics

• Decision making through data gathering

• Financial and operational dashboarding

• Daily pricing activities

• Master Data setups in coordination with partners

Commercial Projects

• Document business processes for the Canadian and US Refined Products business

• Support project management activities

• Develop and maintain the Marketing SharePoint sites

Qualifications

• Legally entitled to work in Canada full-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g., work visa)

• Available to begin work in January 2024

• Exposure to Visio and SAP would be an asset

• Comfortable in MS Suite, specifically excel

Education

• Must be enrolled in a Commerce or Business Administration, Finance or Economics Program at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term

• Candidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered

• New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.

• Preference will be given to 3rd or 4th year
