- Enrolled in SNHU degree program
- Work-study as part of financial aid package
- Academic progress requirements to maintain work-study hours
- Meet with supervisor at the beginning of each term to develop a work plan
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail

- Previous experience in a remote role
- Proficiency in email management and communication software
