College of Science and Engineering- School of Engineering
Full-time 35 hours per week
Open-ended: permanent
The Opportunity:
The School of Engineering is looking to recruit a Student Experience Officer to play a key role in the enhancement of the taught student experience. Working in partnership with staff and students, the postholder will plan and deliver activities and events that promote a sense of belonging and build community. They will promote student representation and support Peer Assisted Learning and Support Schemes (PALS) across the School, building relationships with key staff and student groups. The postholder will work closely with current and incoming students, whilst supporting academic and professional services staff in supporting the implementation and ongoing delivery of the new model of Student Support.
This post is full-time (35 hours per week), and we are open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.
