      The Department of Radiology is located at the UW Hospital

      Anticipated Start Date:

      3/15/2025

      Anticipated Hours Per Week:

      Minimum: 10 Maximum: 20

      Schedule:

      Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm

      Salary/Wage Range/Lump Sum:

      Minimum: $15.00 Maximum: $15.00

      Qualifications:

      Preference will be given to students with excellent interpersonal skills and a well-organized approach to their daily work

      Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

      1. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
      2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      3. Good customer service and strong organizational skills.

      Position Summary/Job Duties:

      1. Sort and distribute department mail. Deliver mail to satellite department locations, such as WIMR, MFCB, etc., as needed. Act as department courier for deliveries to campus locations.
      2. Prepare department packets of information for meetings, new employee orientation, interview, etc. Copy materials and collate into organized packets.
      3. Prepare documents as directed. May include spreadsheets, word documents, database entry, etc.
      4. File department paperwork maintaining confidentiality of patient and employee information.
      5. Other duties as assigned.

      Physical Demands:

      The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc, lift boxes
