      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform data entry and clerical support for the annual resident satisfaction survey
      - Organize surveys and assist in the management of survey data
      - Provide helpdesk backup and support as needed
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
      - Maintain attention to detail while interpreting handwritten responses

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong data entry, communication, and organizational skills
      - Ability to understand and interpret handwritten language, including cursive
      - Detail-oriented with a focus on service and problem-solving
      - Ability to work independently under general supervision
      - Good team player willing to learn and effectively manage time to meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience or interest in website content editing using tools like Adobe Dreamweaver
      - Skills or interest in survey data analysis and visualization
      - Background in graphic art, website design, or copy editing
      - Interest in health systems research and healthcare quality improvement
