- Research Department of Building complaints and other issues
- Review condominium by-laws and declarations
- Research public information on ACRIS
- Assist the Legal Compliance Department with cases and legal issues
- Verify official documentation for listing approval process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current student in paralegal studies, real estate, or related field
- Detail-oriented with excellent writing and communication skills in English
- Dependable, punctual, and dedicated to assigned work
- Computer savvy and able to work remotely
- Available for a minimum of 3 months at 15 hours per week
- Available between 9am-6pm New York time
- Ability to attain academic credits for the internship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in Spanish, Italian, or French
- Previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of New York Real Estate laws and regulations
