      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to the Wisconsin Medical Alumni Association team
      - Assist in translating complex Excel documents into donor thank-you notes and envelope labels
      - Participate in stewardship activities and help thank donors for their contributions
      - Communicate effectively with alumni, faculty, staff, and the general public while maintaining discretion
      - Manage various clerical tasks while adhering to deadlines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent communication and customer service skills
      - Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and G-Suite
      - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
      - Strong attention to detail
      - Personable and welcoming attitude with flexibility to handle various assignments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Microsoft Excel is particularly valued
      - Previous administrative or clerical experience
