What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contact parents via phone, email, or text to obtain consent for their children’s participation in the study
- Schedule and conduct phone surveys with Spanish-speaking parents
- Assist in data entry and data cleaning using the Qualtrics survey program
- Collaborate effectively with the Caminos research team to ensure timely communication
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to research documentation and presentations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Entry-level position; little to no prior experience required
- Familiarity with the subject area of public health is preferred
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents and adolescents
- Must complete Human Subjects training prior to the start date

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or familiarity with data entry and research processes
- Previous volunteer or work experience in a research or public health setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using technology and research software
