      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct phone-based interviews with study participants and accurately complete computer-assisted telephone surveys
      - Record call outcomes and notes, and sort the call database for efficient follow-up
      - Assist with processing follow-up mailings and payments to study participants, as well as filing and medication packing
      - Answer telephones and perform various administrative tasks to support the center's operations
      - Check study phone line messages and assist researchers with operational tasks as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be an enrolled University of Wisconsin student
      - Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills, including being courteous, patient, and a good listener
      - Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong record-keeping skills
      - Ability to work with limited supervision in a defined organizational structure
      - Proficiency with technology and typing skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a customer service role or research environment
      - Familiarity with computer-assisted telephone interviewing techniques
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
