What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Greet study participants and escort them to appropriate study locations within the hospital
- Conduct phone-based interviews with study participants to gather data
- Complete computer-assisted telephone surveys and record call outcomes and notes
- Assist with various aspects of study organization including processing follow-up mailings and payments
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering telephones and supporting overall center operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Open to enrolled University of Wisconsin students
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills
- Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision within a defined organizational structure
- Proficiency in using technology and typing in a work setting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a research or healthcare environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to convey a positive tone over the phone
- Familiarity with data entry and database management
