    • Bachelor's degree required. Master’s preferred.

      Douglas ESD is accepting applications for a Student Success Coach. This position is 190 days per year, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day to begin in the 2025-26 school year.

      SALARY: $49,631 - $85,528 per year (Dependent on relevant verifiable experience and certification.)
      Bachelor’s degree range: $49,631 - $83,440
      Master’s degree range: $50,868 - $85,528

      JOB SUMMARY:
      This position supports the Douglas ESD Education Services department by providing training, facilitation, mentoring, and coaching to ESD staff and partner districts throughout Douglas County. The Student Success Coach works to strengthen inclusive learning environments and promote positive outcomes for student focal groups identified in Oregon’s Student Success Act.
