Drafting legal agreements and amendments
Data analysis and visualization
Post-contract management support
Supplier onboarding and negotiation support
Commercial assurance and risk mitigation analysis
Facilitation of business engagement with internal functions
Legally entitled to work in Canada full-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g., work visa)
Available to begin work in January 2024
Exposure to ERP systems would be an asset, preferably SAP
Comfortable in MS Excel, and have a strong curiosity about analytics and data visualization such as PowerBI
Must be enrolled in a Commerce or Business Administration, Law and Society, Economics or Science Undergraduate Program at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term
Candidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered
New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.
Preference will be given to 3rd or 4th year
A multi-discipline program with meaningful, hands-on work experience
Networking events coordinated by the New Grad Committee including group mentoring from senior/executive leaders, lunch ‘n learns, guest speakers, technical presentations, and holiday celebrations.
Wide support network including direct leaders, program leads, human resource, peers, mentor(s), New Grad Committee, and buddy.
Structured goal setting and performance evaluations.
Opportunity to present work-term learnings to the Cenovus Leadership team.
Students moving for their work term may be eligible to receive a lump sum relocation payment to assist with relocation expenses.
Candidates must have their own means of transportation as there is no public transportation in field locations.
New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.
