The e2i program is hiring student team members to support live event video production for high-profile events including the UVU Rodeo and Utah County Fair Rodeo, Demolition Derby, Live Music Performances, and Monster Truck Show, with a specific focus on mixing boards and titling. This paid position offers hands-on experience in live broadcast production during these major events and is ideal for students interested in real-time video switching, overlays, and production graphics. Preferred Major: Digital Media, Film Production, Communications, or a related field (degree-seeking student preferred)

Important Availability Requirement: Applicants must be available during the following dates:
• April 24–26, 2025 for the UVU Rodeo
• July 29 – August 2, 2025 for the Utah County Fair Events

Training will be provided.

• Operate live mixing boards for video switching during live event broadcasts.
• Manage titling and on-screen graphics in real time using production software.
• Support the setup and breakdown of production systems and equipment.
• Monitor audio/video feeds to ensure consistent quality.
• Collaborate with the production team to execute smooth transitions, overlays, and titles.
• Respond quickly to direction during live events and adjust as needed.
  

• Must be a current Utah Valley University student.
• Preferred majors: Digital Media, Film Production, Communications, or related fields.
• Interest in live event production and/or experience with production software is a plus.
• Dependability is essential—must be on time, reliable, and communicative.
• Comfortable working in high-pressure, real-time environments.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced event dynamics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be fully available for the required event dates listed above.
