      The Opportunity:

We have a brand new opportunity available for a Students' Association Manager to join our newly formed Arden University Students' Association.

      You will be the primary point of contact overseeing the operational aspects of the Association. Collaborating with key stakeholders across the organisation and engaging with our student community, you will play a pivotal role in achieving the goals and objectives outlined in the 5-Year Plan.

      Reporting directly to and acting as a deputy for the Managing Director, you will be entrusted with handling all operational inquiries to ensure the delivery of services for Arden students is in alignment with our governance and strategic plan.

      ** Travel is approximately once a month, but variable to meet the needs of the service

      About You:

      We are looking for someone with exceptional skills in influential stakeholder management, who has successfully collaborated with a diverse range of internal staff and students. You will need to have experience of project management across multiple stakeholders, and have worked within a multi-functional team. You will also need strong line management skills, and a clear understanding of good governance.

      You will need to be able to work independently, adapt to change, have excellent problem solving skills, and the capacity to navigate a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to understand the strategic aims of the Department and how they fit with the aims aims of the University. This is a small team, who are early on in their journey of developing the Students' Association, and this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the growth!

      Experience of working in Higher Education, or a membership led organisation, such as a Students' Union, would be an advantage.
