- The purpose of this pivotal role is to serve as an internal compliance leader and contracts business partner within the V2X supply chain functional area. The role will be to serve as the primary point of contact (POC) in the V2X Supply Chain organization for developing and implementing a self-audit program while collaborating closely with the V2X Supply Chain Compliance function on all compliance and audit-related activities. In addition, the role will be the bridge between the contracts, subcontracts administrators and V2X legal for all matters related to claims and disputes. The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of experience in United States government subcontracts management, a master’s degree, a legal acumen, and a strong background in a Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) environment.
- Self-Audit Program Development: Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive self-audit program to assess compliance within the supply chain and to prepare for reoccurring CPSRs.
- Peer review: Responsible for the peer review on all subcontracts and sign off
- Ensure that all flow downs are embedded into each subcontract coming from the prime contract.
- Manage the KPI’s from the compliance report, analyze the gaps of each SCA and required training.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to federal regulations and internal policies related to government subcontracts.
- Audit Coordination: Collaborate with internal team members and Supply Chain Compliance to make supply files compliant for review and execute compliance audits, both internal (in collaboration with Supply Chain’s Compliance function) and external (USG auditors or request for information related to an anticipated or ongoing audit).
- Claims & Dispute Resolution: Serve as the internal supply chain team POC for all claims and dispute related matters. Work with the internal team members to prepare all required documentation and recommendation for submission for V2X legal to adjudicate a potential dispute or claim. In addition, the role will be required post the resolution of the claim or dispute to create an after-action/lessons learned memo to document the key findings and lessons that we can utilize to mitigate future claims or disputes with suppliers. Lastly, identify any patterns associate with claims and disputes and based on those patterns make recommendations to mitigate or educate/train the team to avoid making repetitive mistakes.
- Risk Identification: Proactively identify compliance risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation plans with the relevant internal stakeholders.
- Training & Guidance: In collaboration with the Supply Chain training and development function provide training and support to internal teams on compliance requirements based on audit findings, audit processes, and best practices.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the liaison between various departments (procurement, legal, finance) to ensure alignment on compliance initiatives and audit findings.
- Regulatory Updates: Monitor changes in federal regulations and communicate relevant updates to the team.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field
- Experience:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in government subcontracts management with proven expertise in a FAR environment.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of federal acquisition regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proven project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Master's Degree
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on team collaboration and development.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.

- The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
- USD $100,000 – 155,000
- Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
