      Overview

      SalemNow is hiring for a full time Subscription Marketing Specialist. As a Subscription Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to attract, convert, and retain subscribers. You will leverage both paid and organic methods to drive growth and engagement across all platforms, including onsite popups, house ads, email, social media, and YouTube.

We're seeking a talented Subscription Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead our efforts in customer acquisition and retention across multiple platforms.

      Responsibilities

      • Paid and Organic Customer Acquisition:
        • Develop and execute comprehensive paid acquisition strategies, including PPC, social media ads, display advertising,and audience retargeting tailored to promote our conservative and faith-based film content.
        • Craft and implement organic acquisition strategies, such as SEO and content marketing, to attract new subscribers who align with our values.
        • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across all channels to optimize ROI and meet growth objectives.
      • Retention Strategies:
        • Design and implement retention programs to keep our subscribers engaged and reduce churn.
        • Analyze subscriber behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement and create targeted campaigns to address their needs.
        • Manage onsite popups and house ads to encourage renewals and repeat subscriptions.
      • Email Marketing:
        • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to boost engagement, conversions, and retention.
        • Segment email lists and create personalized content that resonates with our conservative and faith-based audience.
        • Track and analyze email performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve better results.
      • Social Media Management:
        • Create and execute social media strategies to engage with our audience and promote our film offerings.
        • Develop compelling content and manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
        • Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies to enhance reach and engagement.


        Qualifications

        • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on subscription-based models or similar areas. Proven track record of driving subscription growth and managing successful campaigns.
        • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
        • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
        • Expertise in email marketing, social media, and digital advertising. Excellent communication and project management abilities.
        • In-depth understanding of subscription business models and customer lifecycle management. Familiarity with data-driven marketing strategies and A/B testing methodologies.
        • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions to drive subscriber acquisition and retention.
        • Regular and predictable attendance.
