What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support including responding to customer inquiries and researching contracts
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information and materials for licensees
- Work closely with licensees to provide review and production materials
- Assist with sales presentations and organize departmental materials
- Help with other departmental needs as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong interest in Subsidiary Rights and Children's Books
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for presentations and spreadsheets
- Prior experience using Adobe Acrobat is a plus
