      This posting is for an IBM HR internship, occurring in summer 2024 (3 months), located at IBM’s headquarters in Armonk, NY.

      We’re looking for Human Resources (HR) Professionals that share a passion for IBM’s purpose – to be the catalyst that makes the world work better.

      In IBM HR, we are driving transformative change in service of our employees, and our clients. As an HR Intern, you’ll work on projects in one of our key functional areas:
      • Talent (including Talent Acquisition, IBMer Growth and Development, and Talent Management)
      • Leadership, Culture, and Inclusion
      • HR Services (including HR Technology, HR Transformation, and Payroll)
      • Total Rewards (including Compensation, Benefits, and Recognition)
      • HR Partner
      The work you do may include data analysis, design thinking, communication, program design and development, research and problem analysis, and solution implementation. Technology is core to our success, and we lead the way in leveraging AI in how we work, with a focus on accelerating outcomes and creating best-in-class experiences that help IBMers do their best work!

      During your internship, you’ll learn new skills, tackle big challenges, and work with talented HR Professionals around the world. We’ll support you as you grow and develop as a global leader.

      Note: If granted a full-time offer after successfully completing this internship, you must be willing to relocate to one of IBM’s HR Hubs: Greater New York City area, or Raleigh, NC.
