      Overview

      Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies U.S.A., Inc. offers a summer internship in our Supply Chain Department. The successful candidates will have completed their collegiate sophomore year or higher. We offer a supportive, collaborative teaching environment to develop our Interns' skills and identify their career goals. This is a great opportunity to gain invaluable experience working for an industry-leading biopharmaceutical contract manufacturing organization.

      Major Activities and Responsibilities:

      • Manage expiry materials and SAP ins/outs
      • Make corrections to the system to reduce IDoc errors
      • Document revisions (not the submission) of records/Master Data updates.
      • Run records to the warehouse.
      • Assembling hard copies of FR/BR packets for QADC.
      • If proficient in Excel, may be able to utilize that skill to get metrics for records effective in Master Control and Weigh Dates

      Required Skills/Education:

      • Must have completed sophomore year or higher of college.
      • Must be majoring in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, and Materials Management disciplines.
      • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

      Physical Demands:

      • The position requires essential physical abilities, including but not limited to standing, walking, fingering (typing), grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions. The individual may need to exert physical effort such as lifting light objects up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.

      Visual Acuity:

      • The individual in this position should have the visual acuity required to perform activities such as reviewing documents; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection, and/or using measurement devices at distances close to the eyes.

      Environmental Conditions:

      • The individual in this position works in an indoor, office, and/or outdoor environment.
