What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the Summer Intern Innovation Project, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Assist the Corporate Travel team with vendor relations and data analysis
- Update Traveler Profiles, policies, and resources within the team knowledge base
- Make updates in TMC software, calculate team metrics, and create reports
- Engage in hands-on assignments that contribute to ALSAC's fundraising and awareness activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be an undergraduate, graduate, or graduating by Spring 2025
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be 18 years of age or older

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Majors preferred: Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Computer Science
- Experience with Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Confluence
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
- Interpersonal savvy and executive presence
