What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support to customers experiencing outages or service interruptions related to SAS Business Intelligence software
- Evaluate, set, and manage internal and external expectations, including escalation activities and communications
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and TEAMS while troubleshooting issues
- Collaborate with internal staff and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business goals
- Participate in hands-on learning activities to further develop technical skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Curiosity, passion, authenticity, and accountability as core values
- Associates or Bachelor's degree with skills in customer support and technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enrollment in an accredited college program, with a graduation date no earlier than December 2025
- Practical experience in customer support, such as working on a school helpdesk
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Windows or Unix operating systems
- Background in engineering or a related field, with an interest in fixing technology
- Willingness to ask questions and seek clarification as needed
