      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support to customers, internal staff, and partners regarding SAS Business Intelligence software
      - Troubleshoot service outages and interruptions, communicating effectively with customers via phone, email, and TEAMS
      - Manage internal and external expectations, including escalation activities and communications
      - Collaborate with customers to help them achieve their business goals through effective technical support
      - Work on meaningful projects that contribute to personal and professional growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a college student enrolled in an accredited program, graduating no earlier than December 2025
      - Associates or Bachelor's degree with skills in customer support and technology
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Practical experience in a technical support role, such as a school helpdesk
      - Curiosity and a passion for technology

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Windows or Unix operating systems
      - Background in engineering or a strong interest in fixing technology-related issues
      - Demonstrated leadership skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
      - Familiarity with customer support environments and best practices
