      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with auditing client case files and case notes according to compliance standards
      - Support conducting mock audits to prepare files for audit standards
      - Create and maintain a training library on new/updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
      - Gather resources and create training materials for staff professional development
      - Assist in hosting all-staff trainings for Programs staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Interest in international, refugee, asylee, and/or immigrant issues
      - Professionalism, discretion, and maturity in dealing with confidential information
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Highly organized with great attention to detail
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in creating trainings and/or presentations
      - Confident in public speaking and/or training delivery
