      Hourly $18.00 to $18.00

      Position Summary/Job Duties:

      Warm days are approaching and we are SO EXCITED to hire a team of FUN and RELIABLE individuals that want to help kids with disabilities have the time of their lives this summer! Inclusion Facilitators will be assigned either a child or a teen with a developmental disability. Your day will be spent in the sun, playing games, doing sports, or chilling at the park. Your main responsibilities are to help your client have fun and also stay safe. Every day will look different as each disability and individual will manifest in different ways. You will receive training from UCP on behavior support during our Sumemr Kick-Off training in June! Work anywhere from 5 hours to 35 hours a week (based on your availability). Summer camp goes from June - August, Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm. You are welcome to work either the full day or half a day.

      Qualifications:

      Driver's License and reliable vehicle preferred but not required.

      Experience with or interest in working with children with developmental disabilities.

      An ideal Inclusion Facilitator has the following qualities: punctual, reliable, patient, fun, flexible.
