Shifts will occur M-F between 8:30am-4:30pm (flexible hours during the given time frame) Salary/Wage Range/Lump Sum:

1 Qualifications:
Preferred applicants will have experience in office administrative work including proficiency in using computers and office tools as well as familiarity with email and coordinating appointments
Successful completion and passing of a certified background checkKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent communication & customer service (Participants, Grown-Ups, Co-workers, Superiors)
Organizational skills (Attendance keeping, Lesson timing)Position Summary/Job Duties:
Assist in processing camper registrations, ensuring all required information and fees are accurately recorded.
Respond to inquiries from grown-ups regarding registration procedures, camp policies, etc. via phone/youth email account and direct them to the appropriate staff member if needed.
Maintain organized camper databases, updating records as needed with medical information, emergency contacts, and dietary restrictions.
Generate reports and lists as required for camp staff and administrators.
Facilitate communication between camp staff, grown-ups, and campers, conveying important updates, schedules, and announcements via email or phone calls.
Assist in coordinating late drop offs and early pick up by communicating with grown-ups and age group supervisors
Assist with camper arrival and departure logistics.
Provide support during emergency situations and follow established camp safety protocols.
