1 Position Summary/Job Duties:
We are looking for part-time summer childcare for our 7-year-old twin sons. We would be looking for someone Monday-Thursday from 7 am-1 pm and Friday from 7 am-4:30 (though there is some flexibility in these hours) from Monday, June 16, 2025 - Friday, August 22, 2025. We have entered the lottery for a few summer camps in the area, so we could also be flexible around weeks off. We anticipate you coming to provide care at our home on the West side of Madison. A vehicle is not necessary but a bonus. We live on the bike trail, so we would like you to be comfortable on a bike (you can use one of ours if needed). We are a low-screen family, so we anticipate you would spend your mornings playing indoors and out, reading, biking, swimming if able, visiting parks, and ultimately exploring nature. The boys will be starting 2nd grade in the fall so have been blooming readers. Of note, we have two cats for whose care you will not be responsible; however, please be aware of allergies. I am a Family Medicine Physician with the UW Madison Family Medicine Residency Program, and my husband is a lineman with New Glarus Utilities.
Qualifications:
We would prefer CPR certification
