      Position Summary/Job Duties:

      Duration: 10 weeks, June 23rd - August 29th

      Hours per week: 20h-40h

      Schedule: 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Wednesday preferred. We are open to full time if needed.

      Wage range: $18-$20/hr

      Position summary:

      The Nicholas family is located in Oregon WI and is seeking a part-time to full-time summer nanny for our 8-year old daughter and 6-year old autistic son. Daily responsibilities will be caring for children as the top priority, playing/teaching, transportation to extracurricular activities (summer school, swim lessons, play dates, etc). Reliable transportation is a must. We would like the kids to have a daily outing to nearby parks, beaches, walking/biking trails, zoo, etc. We would compensate outing expenditures and mileage. We will have an open dialog with daily communication on schedule, outings, and tasks.

      Qualifications:

      Reliable transportation

      Individuals with prior experience in nannying, babysitting, childcare, or camp counseling required.

      Individuals with prior experience working with autistic children, or who aspire to pursue a career working with autistic children are encouraged to apply.
