What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in a virtual research experience focused on blood development and cancer biology
- Design and conduct a research project using zebrafish as a model organism
- Generate hypotheses, design experiments, and analyze data
- Witness live experiments based on your research design
- Present your findings to Zon Lab members, family, and friends

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a high school student aged 16 years or older
- Must reside in Massachusetts and attend a Massachusetts high school
- Availability to attend the entire two-week program
- No prerequisites or prior research experience required
- Must be 16 years of age by June 1st, 2025

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Involvement in scientific extracurricular activities or AP biology classes
- Previous research experience, if applicable
- A strong interest in biology and scientific inquiry
- Demonstrated understanding of DNA, genes, and proteins in the cover letter
