KEY RESPOSIBILITIES

1. Sales Documentation Support

• Assist in preparing and processing sales quotations, and delivery documentation
• Assist in maintaining proper filing and tracking of sales records

2 . Sales Reporting & Analysis

• Assist in Sales & collection data analysis
• Wholesale distribution structure analysis and assistance

3 . U nderstanding the Medical Device Distribution Structure

• Tour of a pharmaceutical wholesaler
• Understanding Risk Management for Accounts Receivable

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (3rd or 4th year preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• English communication skills (written/verbal) are a plus
