Description: The OMG Internship Program offers a 10-week, 40 hour per week paid opportunity that runs from June 3 to August 9, 2024. Interns will expand their knowledge of the organization, gain exposure within the industry, develop their media skills, and learn key business and leadership skills while collaborating and networking with different teams. Operating on a hybrid model, Interns will collaborate and work in-person, in the office 3 days per week and virtually 2 days per week., navigating the fast-paced, exciting culture of a global media agency. Interns will have the opportunity to: Work closely with a team and mentors on real business challenges that support OMG's objectives Attend curated training and events to gain valuable knowledge about the industry and work Network with key stakeholders across OMG, including agency leadership & Human Resources Receive real-time constructive feedback on work and projects, and provide feed on the program Qualifications Qualifications: Must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s or master’s degree program Anticipated graduation between Winter 2024 and Spring 2025, preferred Strong critical thinking, creative problem solving, and decision-making skills needed Interest in digital advertising, marketing, research, data analytics or ad-tech required Collaborative and relationship-building skills required Note: no visa sponsorship provided Responsibilities Compensation: $16.50-20.00/hour. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
