Maple Bluff family seeking nanny.

Monday: 8:30am-5pm

Tuesday-Thursday: 8:30am-2:30pm

Fridays: Off or optional hours (it's up to you if you want the hours as we are flexible to allow you off, half day, or full depending on your week needs!)

We are looking for a summer nanny for our 6 year old daughter & 5th grade son. Responsiblities include navigating the kids to summer activities and creating a engaging and safe summer! All of the summer activities are in the neighborhood (including Swim lessons, tennis lessons, & camps). Our ideal candidate is responsible, loving, & fun! Standard hours would be:

Monday: 8:30am-5pm

Tuesday-Thursday: 8:30am-2:30pm

In addition to standing working hours noted above there is always the option to add in additional hours to support Mom & Dad being cool and having a life on the weekends. There is also the opportunity to transition to school pick up nanny in the fall. A typical summer is spent doing all things Maple Bluff - lots of in neighborhood activities at the country club (pool, tennis, camps, etc.), basically idealic summer for kids & nanny!.

Ideally, we can find someone to match our schedule needs, but don't hesitate to reach out if you can only cover a set consistent days this summer (i.e. happy to take someone with M,W,F availablity or T/Thr - we are flexible!).

Requirements: (1) Must have own reliable transportation & (3) Must be available to cover at least 2 days within the needed Mon-Thursday (or add in Friday) schedule.

About our family: We are a family of four (No Pets) that live right outside of downtown Madison in the Maple Bluff neighborhood. We've had a two lovely UW students nannies for the last 6 years that has spoiled us and become part of our own family, but they both graduated over time and got "adult" jobs. Our children are very well behaved and they are used to their summer routines. We (parents) have alot of flexiblity in our work schedules so if there are needs for time off as long as we have advanced communciation it is easily accomplished (i.e. long weekends, early realeases, out of town, etc.). I work in Fashion (Shopbop.com) & their Dad is a Print Manager (Alphagraphics.com). Our son loves all things legos & our daughter is into anything with Princess - classic kids!

(Optional) Job Share with Friend/Roomate: We realize some college students have M/W/F or T/TH schedules so if you have a peer (friend, roomate, etc.) that you would like to split this job with we are definatly open to meeting both of you.

Start date is flexible, but ideally after memorial day weekend or by the first/second week of June, 2024.
