We are currently hiring both laborers and crew leaders/supervisors. Our movers earn up to $22-30/hour with wages, tips, and bonuses. Like any tipped position, the sky is the limit!

We are also offering a seasonal summer bonus of up to $2500 for seasonal employees hired between 4.1.2024 and 4.30.2024!

We have immediate part time positions available for the right candidates. Experience in customer service and/or manual labor is helpful, but anyone with a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills should apply. The right candidates will grow with us as we continue to expand throughout Wisconsin and beyond!

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

1.) Our absolute most important job requirement is customer service. We are looking for people who are outgoing, easy to talk to, and enjoy small talk with customers.

2.) You must be able to easily lift and carry 150lbs.

3.) No moving experience required - we'll teach you everything you need to know in our rigorous training program.

4.) Part Time and Full Time Summer Positions are Available - we operate Monday through Sunday, so those looking for full time work or just a "weekend job" are also encouraged to apply!

5.) Reliable transportation is helpful as we are located off the beltline, near Rimrock Road. If you do not have a vehicle, you may be able to carpool with other employees.

Key Benefits:

1.) Our movers start with a base hourly rate of $15.00 per hour, and our drivers earn between $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Most movers become drivers within 4-6 weeks with our GREAT in-house driving training. NO CDL required! We are actively looking for candidates who are open to becoming a driver! A driver's license in good standing is required to become a driver.

Eligibility for multiple WEEKLY bonuses for good performance, PLUS big cash tips every day. Tips equate to an additional $5.00-$10.00 per hour on average in addition to your hourly rate!

Total earnings amount to roughly $22-30+/hour, but there is no limit to your potential!

2.) SUMMER BONUS: We are offering a summer bonus of up to $2500 for Full Time summer drivers! Partial bonus available for Part Time or non driving summer positions.

3.) Optional overtime hours available (paid at time and a half).

4.) Year round work available. We stay busy 12 months per year, and have work available year round to those looking for long term careers and growth opportunities!
