Job Description

- Enthusiasm for the outdoors and recreation
- The ability to provide outstanding guest service
- A reliable, safety-conscious demeanor
- The physical ability to facilitate various activities, including rock climbing, ropes courses, ziplines, and more
- Strong verbal communication skills
- ACCT Level 2 certification a plus but not required.
- Implements and maintains a safe atmosphere for visitors and employees in the Summit Adventure Park
- Aids guests who are unable to complete any adventure activity they are engaged in
- Assists guests during crises; restore a sense of calmness amongst both involved guests and witnesses after the crisis is resolved appropriately
- Acknowledges and enforces all safety guidelines associated with the park and all program areas
- Assists in maintaining various program records, including attendance logs, inspection documents, and incident reports
- Performs all duties required of non-rescue SAP attendants
- Ensures assigned areas are consistently clean, organized, and free of litter
- Attends staff meetings as required

The Rescue Attendant is responsible for maintaining an atmosphere of safety throughout the daily procedures of the Adventure Park.
