      Job Title: Superintendent of Construction

      Job Description

      Manage construction schedules for multiple single-family homes at different stages of construction. Order materials to ensure their timely delivery to job sites in accordance with the schedule. Communicate with all designated parties regarding the status of scheduled closings and walk-throughs. Conduct daily quality control inspections on all homes under construction to ensure all work is in compliance with plans and meets quality standards. Deliver all homes within the established timeframe.

      Responsibilities

      • Manage construction schedules for multiple single-family homes at different stages of construction.
      • Order materials to ensure their timely delivery to job sites in accordance with scheduling.
      • Communicate with all designated parties regarding the status of scheduled closings and walk-throughs.
      • Conduct daily quality control inspections on all homes under construction to ensure all work is in compliance with plans and meets quality standards.
      • Deliver all homes within the established timeframe.
      • Conduct on-site safety and construction meetings on the established basis.
      • Start and close the number of homes designated in the business plan on a monthly basis.
      • Inspect all trade contractor work and supplier deliveries prior to approving invoices for payment.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • 4+ years of production residential superintendent experience
      • Experience with completing similar homes with complex high-end options that will vary

      Work Environment

      Onsite in a residential subdivision in Beaverton/Sherwood.       Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00/hr.
