      Job Description:

      Integral member of the Private Bank’s Leadership Team, and is responsible for the management and leadership of supervision including strategy development, measurement and reporting, consulting with senior leaders and assuring compliance with all internal and external requirements. Many of these functions are focused on managing risk in client outcomes, partnering with the GFC, Legal, Risk and Compliance and coaching the leadership and Sales Teams. Their functions are related to the Market Executives overall responsibilities for the offices within the Market. Operates with minimal guidance, monitors adherence to policies, acts as the independent voice on risk, and assist in the execution of internal supervision discipline and operational excellence within a LOB. Execute LOB specific processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide Standards. Support the implementation of QA/QC processes within the LOB through ongoing monitoring and testing. Identify issues and/or control improvements for remediation, whilst assisting in building out actions plans and milestones

      Desired Skills:

      • Incumbents require significant supervisory and management experience and typically have over 8+ years of supervisory experience or the equivalent.

      Pay and benefits information

      Pay range

      $117,500.00 - $148,700.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

      Discretionary incentive eligible

      This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
