      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of Benefit Specialists within the SAW/SEAP team
      - Perform time sheet reporting and ensure accurate attendance records for staff
      - Review weekly productivity reports and provide monthly feedback to management
      - Plan, assign, and monitor workload for the team to ensure timely task completion
      - Provide technical assistance and training regarding policies and procedures to staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One (1) year of experience as a UI Specialist 5, or two (2) years as a UI Specialist 4
      - A Bachelor's degree in social science, business administration, public administration, or related field, along with two (2) years of supervisory experience in relevant customer service areas
      - Experience as an Employment Security Program Coordinator 2 in an unemployment insurance program
      - Ability to apply complex laws, rules, regulations, and policies consistently
      - Must pass Unemployment Insurance Claim and Benefit Review (UI Fraud Check)
