What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate and supervise the broker services team to ensure optimal performance
- Implement new policies and procedures in alignment with company direction
- Manage and report on team members’ timecards and PTO requests
- Conduct weekly audits of phone calls for accuracy and quality assurance
- Develop training guides and coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with rules

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4 – 6+ years of relevant work experience
- In-depth knowledge of medical and dental plans
- Proven staff management experience, including experience with union staff
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint

- Strong communication skills across all types and levels of audiences
- Ability to effectively interact with internal and external contacts, including brokers
