What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and support a team of Data Insight Analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
- Collaborate with the Manager, Client Reporting + Analytics to align team priorities and goals with organizational objectives
- Oversee the development and delivery of operational reports and data insights
- Serve as a liaison between the Data Insight Analysts and cross-functional teams
- Monitor team performance and productivity, identifying opportunities for process improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and management
- Proficiency in SQL and Tableau
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
