What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and support a team of Data Insight Analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
- Collaborate with the Manager, Client Reporting + Analytics to align team priorities and deliverables with organizational objectives
- Oversee the development and delivery of operational reports and data insights, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Serve as a liaison between Data Insight Analysts and cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and collaboration
- Monitor team performance, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in SQL with the ability to extract and analyze complex datasets
- Experience using Tableau for developing insights and facilitating data-driven decision-making
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire team members and collaborate with stakeholders
