      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, mentor, and manage CDI Analysts as direct reports
      - Oversee CDI Analyst processes and workflows while monitoring quality and productivity performance
      - Conduct regular team meetings and professional development activities
      - Prepare and present reports on coding accuracy, productivity, and compliance for management review
      - Collaborate with operations to facilitate process improvement and support Epic enhancements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with five (5) years of experience in professional medical coding, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
      - Strong understanding of professional coding principles and healthcare regulations
      - Expertise in reviewing medical documentation for accuracy
      - Knowledge of anatomy, pathophysiology, and medical terminology necessary for coding
      - Required certification: CPC, COC, or CCS-P

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with care delivery documentation systems, specifically Epic
      - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      - Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
      - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
