What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and supervise daily / weekly / monthly activities of team members
- Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met
- Resolve operational problems using defined processes and judgment
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews for team members
- Coordinate work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, etc.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years experience in Customer Service
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Exceptional phone and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years experience in Customer Service
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet production and quality goals
- Ability to work in a collaborative atmosphere
