      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise a team of customer support representatives, ensuring high-quality client assistance and productivity
      - Interface with other departments to identify opportunities for improvement and alignment
      - Maintain an understanding of products and processes to effectively address client inquiries
      - Monitor, audit, and coach Customer Support employees, providing constructive feedback and managing performance evaluations
      - Handle employee scheduling, including time cards, vacation requests, and workload coverage

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school degree or higher (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
      - Excellent telephone and communication skills
      - Ability to excel within a team environment and manage workloads independently
      - Proficient in standard office equipment and software
      - Previous experience in healthcare or clinical laboratory administration preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service and data entry
      - Knowledge of genetic testing and laboratory processes
