      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise daily tasks of the Provider Data Maintenance & Credentialing Specialist I and monitor team workflow
      - Research, plan, and prepare departmental reports to ensure data accuracy and compliance with NCQA protocols
      - Collaborate with internal and external auditors, following up on recommended actions
      - Prepare performance reviews and administrative documentation, providing feedback to staff as necessary
      - Facilitate mailings associated with re-credentialing to meet NCQA timeliness guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
      - 3 to 5 years of provider data maintenance and credentialing experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of management or leadership experience
      - Knowledge of CVOs and NCQA Credentialing Guidelines
      - Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3 years of experience as a Credentialing Specialist II
      - Membership in the National Association of Medical Staff Services
      - Certification as a Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS®)
