      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the help desk ticket queue to ensure agents respond and resolve issues within established timeframes
      - Assist agents with troubleshooting and problem-solving on complex cases to ensure prompt resolution
      - Serve as the first escalation point for technical issues within the help desk team
      - Compile weekly performance summaries on help desk ticket resolution and operational metrics
      - Implement improvements to help desk workflows to enhance ticket resolution speed and customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 3 years in a help desk or IT support role with supervisory or lead experience
      - Familiarity with ticketing systems and help desk software
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, PowerPoint, and other productivity software
      - Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge and experience with Salesforce and UKG
      - Highly organized and detail-oriented
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service-focused environment
      - Adaptable and responsive in assisting team members with problem-solving
