      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee department workflow, ensuring effective communication of decisions and priorities to team members
      - Provide guidance, coaching, and training plans for employees on departmental projects and issues
      - Accurately process financial adjustments and serve as a point of contact for the Customer Advocacy Program
      - Maintain and modify departmental policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
      - Collaborate with team members and other departments for process improvements and issue resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of fraud investigative or related experience
      - At least 1 year of supervisory experience
      - Strong knowledge of the accounting field and excellent customer service skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and understanding of PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of banking experience
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
      - Strong analytical and organizational skills
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
